About Me
DJ Souki lives in Massachusetts. At the age of 13 she started observing and watching many DJ's. She became very interested in wanted to entertain people by playing music at parties. Age 14 she spoke with a female DJ from where she lives and taught her the basics.
On her 16th birthday she received her very first DJ Set Up as a gift. 2 Numark Axis 9's, 2 channel gemini mixer, b52 matrix 1000v2 speakers and also lights. At the age of 17 she started getting bookings with her cousin DJ Kali which they partnered up for every gig.
In 2007 they rented a little hall and sponsored a dance for kids. It turned out to be very successful. Also in the same year they decided to take a break from DJing.
About a year later DJ Souki and her cousin get back into business. They started up with 2 Denon DN-S3500's, B52 matrix 1000V2 Speaker System and Light system.
DJ Souki now uses the Numark Mixtrack Pro.
